Ridge and Valley Appalachian Farm is a family-owned farm in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Elly & Cameron Lafkin and their family run the farm and take great pride in raising happy, healthy animals in a humane way. Learn more about how we maintain a healthy herd here. 

 

Located on 50+ acres, all the farm's animals have room to roam and play. We raise & breed Registered Miniature Highland, Hereford, & Cross Cattle. Seasonally we offer organic, humanely raised, poultry & pork products
